BISS Ch. Apple Acres Amira (Amira)

Amira was our first Champion and is one of our foundation bitches. Many thanks go to Locklyn Guzman of Apple Acres Shelties for letting us adopt her. We were absolutely thrilled when Amira, handled by novice Doug (left), took Winners Bitch at the Lochland Specialty at the tender age of 9 months for a 4 point Major under Judge Yvonne DeFritas. Many thanks to Yvonne for seeing her quality in spite of our inexperience.

Amira, handled by Locklyn Guzman, followed this win by taking Second in Am Bred (below) at the 2008 ASSA Nationals under Judge Mrs. Ellen Worthington. Amira finished her championship in style with multiple BOB and BISS wins!!
